Christmas Roasted Veg with Pomegranates

Looking for an easy, colourful, and healthy vegetable dish for the holidays??

Look no further - This dish is all of the above, plus cruciferous vegetables (like these ones) will keep you fuller longer so you don't over eat when dessert is served!

Wash and Prep:

Cauliflower cut into slices or chunks

Broccoli bead cut into "trees"

Brussel sprouts cut in half

Oil a baking pan with coconut oil and spread vegetables out evenly.

Sprinkle/drizzle with:

Fresh cilantro

Olive oil

Sea salt

Garlic powder (or you can bake with garlic cloves on the pan)

Cumin powder

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until tender.

Top with:


Hemp hearts

Sesame seeds
