Super Easy (and healthy!) Chocolate Bark
You ladies are going to love this recipe! It's vegan, super easy to make, and yes it's healthy! But as with anything, you still want to consume in moderation... So no eating the whole bar all at once (trust me, it's hard to resist!).
This snack is great for any time but perfect for women during menstruation. Raw cacao is loaded with magnesium to help with cramping and iron which is lost when the uterus sheds its lining.
I chose to top mine with roasted and chopped almonds as well as hemp hearts but you can get creative and use any toppings you wish!

Melt: 1/2 cup coconut oil over low heat in a pot and remove from heat once melted
Mix in: 1/2 cup raw cacao powder 1/3 cup real maple syrup
Mix with egg beaters for 1 minute or until no chunks are left.
Pour onto a tray lined with parchment paper. Top with crushed almonds and hemp hearts.
Freeze for at least 10 minutes. Break into pieces and store in the fridge.
